About Our Founder
Bret Stahl started his career in the commercial plumbing industry in Southern California in the 1980’s with his Father, Tom Stahl and Uncle, Bernie Stahl. Tom and Bernie carefully trained Bret and taught him everything they knew about plumbing and gave him a strong platform to begin his own business in Northern California.
When Bret started his own company in 1990, he founded Bret Stahl Plumbing. Several years later, the business was incorporated and renamed Capitol Commercial Plumbing, Inc. The business quickly became a premiere plumbing company in the Sacramento/Northern California market.
In 1994, Bret married Shyla. Currently, he and his wife have 3 children – Vanessa, Tara and Blake. Since Bret and Shyla got married, they have worked together to continuously deliver great customer care and outstanding plumbing services. Bret oversees the field operations and Shyla leads the team in the office. To maintain their long-standing reputation for excellence in the field, they strive to do everything right the first time.
